• advertisement, online postings, samples
• Handling of enquiries from assigned customers.
• Conversion of enquiry into orders - a. timely submission of good quality quotes, b. follow-up of the quotation, c. order lost analysis, d. keeping track of competition
• Strengthen customer relations.
• Order processing (punching the order in SAP, review rates, checking stocks, raising requisition, follow-up of material with purchase, follow up for dispatches, ensuring dispatch details send to customer).
• Review and approval of purchase orders from new customers.
• Update customers on new developments, new products
